This video of Stephen and Ondrea Levine is edited from a two-day workshop in San Francisco attended by people who were ill, their families and friends, suicude survivors, the bereaved, professional caregivers and people seeking a more conscious path for their life's journey.

The participants have shared their grief and healing in a spirit of trust, as an encouragement too all of us to trust our own process, discover our own path and follow that path with growing mercy and kindness for ourselves and others.
